It started on four wheels. Chef Omar built Rolling Chefs from the streets up — all-American flavors, bold combinations, cooked to order, served through a window.
Omar has been cooking since he was fifteen — four decades of it. When Rolling Chefs was ready for a home, he did not rent one — he built it himself at 107 N Forest Ave. Same hands. Same fire. Now with a full bar and every game on.
